All items that are for sale are in stock here in Pennsylvania.  There are no back-orders.  If you are interested in an item that has been sold out, please inquire.  
Everything that is sold has been measured and double checked for accuracy and quality prior to making it available for sale.  

If jewelry is intended as a gift and you are unsure as to size, perhaps you would want a gift certificate so the recipient can choose their own.  If it's a ring, there are many that are adjustable including Moissanite.  If you don't know the ring size, try using a twisty tie and make sure its easy enough get on and off yet snug enough so it doesn't fall off.  This can be done by shaking the hand in downward flicking motions.  Then mark the twistie tie with permanent ink marker where it's twisted.  Do not untwist it.  Send it via mail to Poor Ginny 3177 Seaks Run Rd Glen Rock PA  17327 and include your contact information and the twisty tie will be measured.  If you want the twisty tie sent back, include a prepaid and addressed return envelope.

Shipping.

Items are shipped within 72 business hours via USPS.  If there are no carrier delays, your item should arrive within 7 business days.  Tracking number is provided when it is shipped.
