Return-Policy

If an item arrives damaged or appears as if it were tampered with, please file a claim with the carrier (USPS or FEDEX).  All items that are shipped are packed with proper materials to prevent this from happening.  Be sure to take a picture of the package before opening it as evidence when you file.

For the holiday 2023 season, returns are accepted for shipped items until December 30, provided you call or text first and provide a tracking number so I know to look for it. Refund will be sent to the same pay-pal account less a 20% re-stocking fee.  After December 30, returns must be received within 5 days of receipt and you must call or text first along with a tracking number so I know to look for it.  Refund will be sent via pay-pal less a 20% re-stocking fee.  If you need help sizing or have any questions about an item, please ask prior to purchasing.  Gift certificates are also available.  Do inquire.  Thank you!
