If an item arrives damaged or appears as if it were tampered with, please file a claim with the carrier (USPS or FEDEX). All items that are shipped are packed with proper materials to prevent this from happening. Be sure to take a picture of the package before opening it as evidence when you file.
Returns must be received within 5 days of receipt and you must call or text first and provide a tracking number so I know to look for it. Refund will be sent to the card used to make your purchase less a 20% re-stocking fee. If you need help sizing or have any questions about an item, please ask prior to purchasing. Gift Cards are also available. There are no returns or refunds for Gift Cards. Do inquire. Thank you!
