Natural 3 carat round heat treated Padparadscha Sapphire has a 4 prong setting sitting within in a heart shaped radiant burst of white topaz, all set in .925 sterling silver. This comes on a 20 inch .925 sterling silver chain. The Sapphire is 1/4 inch in diameter and the pendant itself 3/4 an inch long. This comes in a very nice pendant box.
